How to make pizza with smoked sausage and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sift top grade flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, yeast dough will be the most airy.
Heat the water to a warm state and dissolve yeast in it. Why heat water? This is necessary for the yeast to start working faster. If the water is very hot, then yeast will lose its activity. Try water with your hand. If the water is comfortable and warm, then yeast can be poured into it. Mix everything well.
Then pour this liquid into a bowl in which you will make pizza dough. Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil to the bowl.
Then gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. For kneading, you can use a dough or knead the dough manually.
Depending on the quality of the flour, it may be needed a little more or less. Navigate the consistency of the finished dough. It should be soft, tender and, practically, not sticky to the hands. Cover the finished dough with a towel and place in a warm place for the approach. It will take 1-1. 5 hours.
Divide the finished dough into 2 or 3 pizzas. Roll each part into a circle and place on a baking tray lined with cooking paper.
Brush the dough all over with tomato paste and spread the chopped sausage with salami. It can be laid out in the form of circles or cut into straws.
