Water - 125 ml, Salt - 0.5 tea liters, Dry yeast - 1 tsp, Olive oil - 2 tbsp, Wheat flour - 250 gr, Veshenki - 150 gr, Semi-smoked sausage - 100 gr, Parmesan - 100 gr, Olives - 50 gr, Tomatoes - 100 gr, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp, Basil - to taste, Tomato sauce - 50 gr, Salt - to taste, Tomato sauce - 100 gr
Set of products.
Grind the basil and put it in the sauce. We mix and set aside - let it insist. Let's do the test. We pour warm water into the bowl, put salt, sugar and yeast.
Mix. Then we pour flour.
We knead the dough first with a spoon, then with our hands. In the middle of kneading, pour olive oil. No eggs, no milk and kefir!
You can knead the dough in a bowl, you can on the table. Do not get carried away with flour, otherwise the dough will score and be firm. I had exactly 250g of flour gone. This is the dough that turned out. We put it in a bowl, cover it with a wet napkin and put it in a warm place for an hour.
In the meantime, we will deal with the filling. The mushrooms are crushed and lightly fried in oil. I never wash mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, I just wipe them with a wet wipe. Then they are obtained precisely fried, and not stewed.

You don't need to part pizza! This is another difference from her Russian pie. Bake for about 20 minutes until the edges start to gold. The most important thing is not to choke at this time from a mind-blowing smell!: )) It does the same with the second half of the test.
