To make chops, the meat is cut into steaks. The optimal thickness for this dish is two centimeters. After beating off the beef, sprinkle it with salt and pepper from all sides and put it in a baking container, greased with oil. It is advisable to soak prunes in warm water before use. Half an hour is enough and it will acquire the necessary softness. Next, lay it out on chops and sprinkle with nuts. Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry them together with half rings of onions with the addition of salt and pepper. Having achieved a golden color, lay out the ready-made mushrooms with onions in the next layer. Add mayonnaise on top and sprinkle everything with grated cheese at the end.
