Nutria in the oven is cooked very simply.
1. Nutria should be scorched from the woolens and cut into portioned pieces. This meat (like lamb, for example) does not wash .

3. Peel the onions and garlic and cut the onions into half rings, and the garlic into platelets.

4. Lay a layer of fat on the baking sheet in an even layer. Next is a layer of onion with garlic. And the last layer is meat.

5. Place a baking tray in the oven. 180 degrees and an hour and a half. In the middle of cooking, turn the meat to the other side.

6. Serve the oven-baked nutria hot with the parsley. Nice!
