How to bake meat with vegetables in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Pork is needed without bones and is not very fatty, however, you can choose meat to your liking. What meat can you take in addition to pork? Anyone. Beef, lamb, chicken or turkey will do. But at the same time, take into account that the calorie content and cooking time of the dish will change.
Wash the pork, dry and cut into plates no more than 1 cm thick. Lightly beat the pieces with a hammer on both sides. Salt the meat, pepper it. In addition to salt and pepper, you can add your spices to taste, for example, a mixture of spices for pork, etc.
Peel and chop the carrots.
Peel the onion from the husks and also cut into circles.
