How to bake pork meat with mushrooms and cheese in pots in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Mushrooms can be used any. I will cook from the woods. In the mushroom season, I collect fresh mushrooms in the forest. They must be cleaned, washed and boiled in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the chopped onions for a minute. It will become slightly transparent.
Boiled mushrooms will be laid out to the onion. If you use champignons or oyster mushrooms, then you do not need to cook them. Rinse, chop and can be immediately fried. Fry the mushrooms with the onions for a further 4-5 minutes.

Cover the pots with lids and place in a cold oven. Turn on the oven for 180 degrees and leave the pots in it for 1 hour. Why put in a cold oven? From a sharp temperature drop, ceramic pots can crack. And so they will gradually heat up with the oven.
