How do I make meat in French with pineapples in the oven? Prepare the products. Take pork if possible from soft and not very fatty parts - tenderloin, carbonade, ham. Olives at will. Any cheese is suitable - hard, semi-hard, soft, mozzarella type. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
Wash the pork and dry well. Cut it into portions of a centimeter thick. Beat each piece off two sides.
