How to make cheesecakes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the pork with a little fat to make the finished dish juicier. Any cheese can be used, most importantly, so that it can be easily grated.
Cut off the required amount of meat and pass it through a meat grinder, thereby turning it into minced meat. Soak a slice of loaf in milk for a couple of minutes to soak well.
Then squeeze the loaf a little and pass it through the meat grinder after the meat. Add the ground loaf, egg salt and some spices to the mince. Mix all the mass well. Then beat off the bottom of the bowl. To do this, take the mince with your hands and throw it into the bowl. The chipped meat mass will become denser, so that the finished products will not fall apart.
Shape the meat mass into a ball and put on a baking tray, greased with a little vegetable oil. Press the ball a little with your hand and form a small recess in the center.
Break the egg in the center of the meat cheesecake and add a little mayonnaise in a circle.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater and sprinkle them generously with meat cheesecake. Place a baking tray in the oven, warmed to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Navigate your oven.
