1. Wash the turkey wing and remove excess fat, feathers. In a suitable dish, anoint the wing abundantly with sour cream.

2. Sprinkle the turkey with spices on all sides and salt.

3. Place the prepared wing into the roasting hose. Pour the remaining sour cream with water, mix and pour the mixture into the sleeve. Place the pineapples to the turkey.

4. Tie the sleeve, place on a baking sheet or in a mold. Bake the turkey with the pineapples in a preheated oven for about 1 hours at 190-200 degrees until the meat is tender.

5. To create a golden crust, cut the sleeve 10 minutes before the end of cooking and open it. Serve hot on a plate with your favourite side dish or salad. Hearty meals!
