A rabbit in foil in the oven
3 servings6 hours
Rabbit - 500 gr, Sour cream - 2 tbsp, Mustard - 1 tbsp, Soy sauce - 50 ml, Dry spices - 1 tsp, Salt - to taste
It is best to use a young rabbit. Chop the carcass into small portion pieces. Rinse well in running water and dry with a paper towel.
To make the marinade in a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, sour cream and mustard.
Add the dry spices and mix well.
Stir the rabbit pieces in the marinade so that they are evenly covered with them. Leave to stand for 3-4 hours so that the meat is minced.
Cover the baking dish with foil. Lay out the pickled rabbit meat. Pour the remains of the marinade into the mold over the meat, too.
Cover the top with foil and twist the edges so that the meat is well closed. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1. 5 hours. For the last 30 minutes, let the meat bake without foil to make it brown a little. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
