Rabbit - 1 kg, Mayonnaise - 100 g, Mustard - 2 tbsp, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Onions - 1 pc.
Mix everything well so that all pieces of rabbit meat are evenly covered with marinade. Be careful as the rabbit has a lot of sharp bones to get hurt about. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave the meat to marinate for 2-4 hours. The longer it will marinate, the tastier and juicier the meat of the finished dish will be.
Place all the pieces of pickled rabbit along with the onions in a pre-prepared baking dish. Cover the top with foil and place the tin in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 2 hours. For the last 30 minutes of cooking, remove the foil from above and let the meat brown. Serve the finished rabbit meat immediately to the table, as a hot dish.
