Rabbit braised in the oven

Rabbit - 800 g, Onions - 3 pcs., Carrots - 1 pc., Sour cream - 1 pack., Water - 1 pack., Garlic - 3 teeth., Salt - to taste, Soy sauce - 2 tbsp., Ground black pepper - to taste
Chop the rabbit into pieces and fill with cold water for one to two hours.
Then wet the rabbit meat with a paper towel and marinate: sprinkle with salt and black ground pepper, add 1 tbsp. soy sauce. Mix the meat well, tighten with film and leave to marinate for an hour or two in a cool place, depending on how long you need until the dish is ready. Can be left in the fridge overnight.
If the rabbit is fat enough - when cutting, we have collected the inner fat, but there is still enough left on the back and legs to not use the oil. If your rabbit is not fatty, then oil the pieces of rabbit and baking sheet. Place the rabbit on a baking sheet and place in a 200-degree heated oven to hold the meat & quot; and packed all the juices.
Meanwhile, roughly chop the three bulbs.
Using bars or coarse straws, cut the carrots.
Using petals, cut two to three large garlic cloves.
Remove the lightly baked rabbit from the oven.
Add the prepared onions,
sprinkle all with carrots. Stir the pieces of rabbit with the vegetables and return to the oven again so that the vegetables are also slightly covered. It will all take about half an hour.
Combine sour cream with water, salt, pour in a spoon of soy sauce.
Remove the bunny with the vegetables from the oven - this is what it looks like at this stage.
Pour over the rabbit with the vegetables with the resulting sauce. Tighten with foil or cover the mould with a lid. Return the dish to the oven, after 20 minutes reduce its heat to 160 degrees. In total, it took me 100 minutes to bake.
At the end of cooking, remove the foil, turn the pieces of rabbit over and, with the grill or convection on, fry the top of the meat.
