Turkey baked with oranges up its sleeve in the oven

Turkey baked with oranges up its sleeve in the ove... 8 servings

1. We prepare the marinade by mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice with all other ingredients. We coat the turkey with marinade, put it in a suitable size container (you can marinate in your sleeve), close it tightly with a lid and put the meat in the refrigerator at night (for at least 6 hours). It's not bad if during this time you turn the turkey over a couple of times - this is how it works better.

2. We rub the indoutka on all sides with spices and salt.

3. Oranges are cut into quarters (if large, then you can cut into smaller wedges). We put them inside the indout.

4. Put the turkey in the sleeve, tie it. Do not forget to puncture the sleeve in several locations.

5. Bake the bird in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 2 hours or more. If you want a mouth-watering blush, cut the sleeve and unwrap it - minutes before the end of cooking. Enjoy your meal!

Indoutka - 2 kg, Oranges - 200 g, Dry spices - 2 tea liters, Lemons - 100 g, Soy sauce - 80 ml, Honey - 3 table liters, Ginger powder - 1 tea liter, Salt - to taste, Garlic - 3 teeth.
