Baked turkey in the oven

Baked turkey in the oven... 6 servings
15 hours

1. Peel and run the garlic through the press. You can just chop it if you like garlic more in pieces. Cut the rosemary finely (it is better to remove the leaves from the twig, it is tough, like me). Squeeze the juice out of the orange (if you wish, you can use the zest, Jamie Oliver recommends it for this recipe).

2. Mix all the spices and herbs in the same dish along with the sunflower oil. It will be a marinade.

3. Rub the duck with marinade on top and inside, take into the film (or regular bag) and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the duck in the sleeve, tie the ends of the sleeve, place everything on a baking sheet and bake for
1. 5 hours. After that, remove the duck from the sleeve and finish for another half hour, taking it out three times during this time and pouring juice from the sleeve. It is very good to add honey to this juice - then the crust is especially caramel.

5. Let the finished meat lie down a little and spread the juices over the fibres, then serve with rosemary, orange and herbs. Nice!
