To cook, we need ready-made turkey carcass and marinade. We suck through the meat, thoroughly rubbing it with salt. For the marinade, mix liquid honey and soy sauce, add mustard and spices. We rub the resulting syrup on the carcass. Clean the quince, cut into wedges. We start pickled turkey with it, and pour the remaining marinade inside, cut it with toothpicks. Bake the carcass in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C. Serve and surprise guests!
