Turkey in soy sauce
6 servings2 hours 30 min
Turkey - 600 gr, Soy sauce - 3 tbsp, Olive oil - 2 tbsp, Paprika - 1 tsp, Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp, Garlic - 3 tsp, Table salt - to taste, Black ground pepper - to taste
That's all the ingredients that will be required for our dish. Parts of turkey will suit us any: steaks, like mine, fillet whole or other parts of it - the main thing is to choose fresh meat
We rinse turkey meat well under running water, dry with paper towels, sprinkle with my favorite spices, today I chose paprika and a mixture of Italian herbs. Kari, basil and other spices are also great here
Garlic, of course, will give our turkey aroma and piquancy, we pass it through the press or three for a fine grater - I have such a mini-grater for garlic, very convenient
Salt to taste, but here you should be very neat with salt, because the soy sauce is already quite salty, I advise you to salt, but literally a little bit
Pepper, I advise you to choose freshly ground black pepper - it is many times more aromatic
Add soy sauce - we will have enough 3-4 table. l. and, of course, you should choose a high-quality product because the taste of the finished dish will depend on it.
Add 2 tables. l. olive oil. If you do not have olive oil in stock now, do not be upset - ordinary sunflower oil is also perfect. Oil is needed here so that when pickling, the meat is better soaked in spices, and when baking, thanks to the addition of a small amount of oil, the meat will never turn out dry
Mix well and send marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. You can leave for the night, and in the morning send to the oven and get a wonderful nutritious breakfast
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. If you have whole fillets, the baking time needs to be increased
Fragrant tender steak Idakes are ready, soy sauce has evaporated, but it's not scary - he has already done his job
Serve with any side dish, fresh vegetables and herbs
Enjoy your meal!
