Turkey fillet - 350 grams, Dijon mustard - 1 tea liter, Paprika - 1 tea liter, Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp, Cream - 100 ml, Hard cheese - 75 grams, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
To prepare a dish according to the recipe, take turkey fillet (you can take any parts of the turkey, just cut into portions, the meat on the bone is even tastier usually than the fillet part), cream, hard cheese, sunflower oil for frying, salt and a set of spices (you can take any, I used paprika and a mixture of freshly ground peppers).
Cut the turkey fillet into portions (about the size of a matchbox or slightly larger).
Make a creamy pour: Add all the spices and Dijon mustard to the baking tin.
Pour the spices over the cream, salt and mix well.
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater and add 2/3 immediately to the sauce, mix until smooth.
In a preheated butter pan, quickly fry the turkey pieces on all sides.
Turn and fry literally for 1-2 minutes, just to seal the meat juice inside the pieces.
Place chunks of the roasted turkey fillet in the cooked sauce and place in the oven for half an hour, the oven may not be preheated - just add time to warm up to the cooking time.
After 25 minutes, take the dish out of the oven - just how beautiful and appetizing it turned out!
Fill the turkey with the remaining cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese has melted completely.
Turkey in cream in the oven is ready! Serve the aromatic, tender meat in a creamy sauce immediately with any side dish or fresh vegetables and herbs.
