How to bake turkey with mushrooms and cheese? To make the dish juicy and tasty, the turkey must be marinated beforehand. Toast the necessary ingredients for the marinade. If the honey is thickened, melt it in a water bath.
Champignons are better for baking, they are convenient to cut into plates. Cheese can be taken hard or melted. Choose tomatoes that are dense, unbearable, so that they keep their shape when sliced and baked.
Wash the fillet, dry with paper towels. With a sharp knife, make transverse cuts at a distance of 1 cm from each other, without cutting to the bottom of the breast.
Grease the turkey on all sides and in the cuts with the cooked marinade. Leave the fillet to marinate for 1-1. 5 hours. You can leave for the night. The longer the pickling lasts, the more saturated the taste will be.
Wash the champignons, dry, cut into thin plates.
Similarly, cut the cheese into plates.

Transfer the breast to a baking dish. Insert 2 slices of cheese, champignons and tomato into each pocket.
Cover the tin with the breast on top with foil. It is desirable that the foil does not come into contact with the filling, otherwise the cheese will stick to it during baking.
Bake the turkey in the oven preheated to 190S for about 50 minutes. Then gently to avoid burning, remove the foil and bake for a further 25 minutes until rosy. The cooking time is individual and depends on the features of your oven.
