My goose is carefully divided into portioned pieces (I divide not into small pieces, but directly by the number of people, in this case - into 4 parts). We do not cut fat - it is needed during the cooking process. In a small saucer, mix oregano with basil, rosemary, add a mixture of peppers. We rub each piece of meat with salt and a prepared spice mixture. Peel the carrots and cut into medium-sized bars. My apples and also cut into medium-sized wedges (you don't need to peel, cut with the peel). Fill the sleeve with meat and vegetables, fix on both sides (you don't need to pierce with a needle), put it in a baking dish and send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. After an hour, the meat is ready, we remove it from the oven, then from the sleeve, carefully cutting it. Serve the goose with any side dish, delicious with mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
