1. Put the ribs, previously washed and dried, in a frying pan, which can be put in the oven.

2. Salt and pepper the ribs, pour olive oil over them. Coat them with oil, salt and pepper on all sides.

3. Cover the pan with a double layer of foil and put in the oven to languish for 8 hours at 100 degrees Celsius.

4. Place the ribs from the pan on a baking tray, and pour the remaining juice into a glass or bowl. Remove the surfaced fat with a spoon, and transfer the broth back to the pan.

5. Add the tomato sauce, dark beer, mustard, vinegar, Worcester sauce, med.

6. Stir everything and cook until thick, then pour over the resulting rib sauce on top and vego.

7. Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-40 minutes. Serve the ribs with your favourite side dish (perfect with mashed potatoes) and/or vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!

Beef ribs - 2.5 kg, Sea salt - 15 g, Ground black pepper - 10 g, Olive oil - 25 ml, Tomato sauce - 150 g, Beer - 150 ml, Mustard - 4 tea liters, Wine vinegar white - 4 tea liters, Worcester sauce - 4 table liters, Honey - 30 g
