How do you make beef with green apples to make it soft and juicy? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. To make the meat juicier, it is better to use the flesh of fresh beef or veal. In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste.
Wash the beef. Be sure to dry with a paper towel, otherwise excessive moisture will not allow it to fry - it will be stewed. Cut into bars. If you use frozen meat, you must first thaw it correctly on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
Peel and cut the bulbs into half rings.
In a cauldron or in a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Lay out the meat and fry, stirring, until golden.
Add the chopped onions and stir to combine. Simmer everything together over a minimum heat for about 20 minutes.
Pour hot water into the cauldron and bring to a boil. If you want plenty of gravy, add more water. Simmer the meat with the onions over a low heat under the lid for 40 minutes. The stew becomes tender and juicy.
Add tomato paste, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon stick, coriander, zira, salt and pepper to the meat. Stir and continue to simmer while the apples are cooked.

In a frying pan with the remaining vegetable oil, fry the apples for 3-5 minutes. They should soften slightly, but not lose shape.
If necessary, season the beef again with salt and pepper. Place the apples and washed raisins on top. Cover the cauldron with a lid and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
