How to make beef with pumpkin in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace beef with veal. You can supplement the vegetable part to your liking. Water can be replaced with meat or chicken broth. Some of the water can be replaced with white wine.
Cut the beef pulp into portions. Beef is needed without bones and large hard veins, only pulp. Wash the meat, be sure to dry with a paper towel, otherwise excessive moisture will not allow it to fry - it will be stewed. You can take meat from any part of the carcass. I have a hip part.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into large pieces, but less than the meat.
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Place the pumpkin and fry, stirring, for 3 minutes. The pumpkin should keep its shape, but become a little softer. Transfer the pumpkin to a bowl.
In the pan where the pumpkin was fried, put the beef and fry over a high heat until ruddy. Transfer the fried meat to the pumpkin.
Sprinkle the beef with the pumpkin with coriander, paprika. Salt everything, pepper and mix.
Transfer the meat with the pumpkin to a baking dish. Pour hot water or broth into the mold. Distribute the rosemary sprigs on top.
Cover the mold or tighten with foil. Place the tin in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the meat with the pumpkin for about 15 minutes or a little longer until the meat is soft.
Sprinkle the baked beef with the pumpkin with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!
