Beef with kiwi and cheese

1. Wash the beef tenderloin, dry it and cut it across the fibers into 12 slices.

2. Lightly beat the beef slices on both sides, salt, pepper and fry over high heat in vegetable oil until golden crust forms.

4. Peel and chop the kiwi
