Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a turkey shin in foil in the oven, we need: medium-sized turkey legs or one large, garlic, a mixture of spices for meat (as narrow as possible for turkey), vegetable oil, black ground pepper and salt.
Wash the turkey shins and wet with paper towels.
Peel the garlic and cut it lengthwise into 2-3 parts. I had cloves and so small, so I did not cut. Make deep cuts in each shin with a knife. Nash the shins with garlic.
Grate the shins with a spice mixture and salt. I already included ground pepper in my spice composition, so I did not use it additionally. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Grease the turkey with vegetable oil.
Wrap each shin in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake the shins in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 50 minutes.
The foil then unfurls and roasts the meat for a further 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
