How to make mince nests in a mushroom oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be taken from any type of meat. It can be pork, chicken, beef or combined mince. I'll cook with pork. It is best to make the mince yourself, but if there is no such opportunity, then you can buy the finished one.
Mix the minced meat with the egg, salt and spices until smooth. Beat the meat mass a little against the bottom of the bowl to make the mince denser. Thanks to this, the nests will not fall apart when baked.
Peel, rinse and finely chop the onions.
Rinse the mushrooms well in running water, dry and not very finely cut.
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and place the chopped onions. Fry it for a minute until clear. Then add the mushrooms to the pan. Stir everything and fry everything together for a further 5-7 minutes. During this time, all moisture will evaporate, and mushrooms will decrease in size.
Finely chop or grate the pickled cucumbers. Combine the fried mushrooms and cucumbers. Add the curd cheese. You can add a little salt, but keep in mind that the cucumbers are pickled. Mix everything up.
Brush the roasting tin with vegetable oil. From the mince, blind the small balls and make a recess in them.
Put the prepared filling in each meat nest. The more the filling fits, the tastier it will be. Place the meat nests in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Navigate your oven.
Ready-made nests will brown slightly. Juice will be released from the meat and partially baked. Remove the finished dish from the oven, arrange on plates and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
