6 servings1 hour
Pork - 800 grams, Onions - 1 piece, Carrots - 1 piece, White bread - 100 grams, Eggs - 6 pieces, Hard cheese - 100 grams, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Vegetable oil - 10 grams
How do you make mince nests with cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any type of meat can be used for cooking. I'm going to cook pork nests. Take any cheese to your liking.
Cut the meat into pieces and scroll through a meat grinder, turning it into mince. Put the minced meat in a spacious bowl.
Then pass through a meat grinder bread soaked in water or milk. And also onions and carrots. Add this all to the bowl to the mince.
Add salt and spices to the meat mass to taste. Mix all the ingredients together well. Beat the meat mass against the bottom of the bowl so that it becomes denser. Thanks to beating, the nests will not fall apart when baked.
For baking, take any heat-resistant form. I will cook in ceramic. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil. Roll the balls from the meat mass and put in a prepared mold.
In the center of each ball, make a recess and put grated cheese on the bottom. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then remove the tin from the oven. Break one egg into each nest. Salt a little on top. If the eggs are large, then you can not add part of the protein. Return the tin to the oven for another 20 minutes.
The finished nests will become appetising in color and will smell very tasty. Remove the tin from the oven, arrange the nests on plates and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
