Pork escalops can be prepared in different ways, for example, baked under a cheese mayonnaise cap. You can arrange circles of tomatoes or leeks on top. I made the basic version, on the basis of which you can cook what you like better. In general, for any meat, not so much is needed: salt, pepper and oil. Everything else will drown out the taste of the meat. However, you can serve escalopes with various sauces, for example, creamy mushroom sauce is suitable here.

In addition to pork, any other meat can be used in this dish. Take into account that the cooking time, as well as the taste and calorie content of the dish will change. For example, beef takes longer to cook than pork, and chicken fillet or turkey is smaller.
