How to make a pork entrecot in the oven? Prepare the ingredients. We will need: flesh of pork on or without bone preferably with veins of fat; liquid honey; vegetable oil; black ground pepper and salt.
Cut the pork into serving layers about 1cm thick. I had slices of pork already sliced on the bone.
On all sides, rub the resulting pieces of meat with salt and pepper. Coat the anthrecotts generously with vegetable oil and liquid honey.
Place the pork on a foil-lined baking sheet or in a baking dish. It is better to take 2 layers of foil so that the fat released from the meat does not stain the baking sheet.
Cover the meat on top with foil and wrap the edges thoroughly.
Put the meat in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Then remove the top foil layer. Antrekota again brush with honey. Return the pork to the oven for 5 minutes. Remove the entrecotes from the oven, cover again with foil and allow to stand for 8-10 minutes.
