Duck - 2 kg, Salt - 1 tbsp, Pepper - to taste, Bay leaf - 6 pcs., Dry spices - 0.5 tea liters, Onions - 200 g, Carrots - 300 g
Let's prepare the products. Peel vegetables. Wash the duck well and wipe with paper towels.
Cut the duck into portions.
Cut carrots into rings, onions in half rings.
In a sauté pan (cauldron) in layers we lay out pieces of duck - salt - pepper - leaves of shoplifter - a little vegetables. And so we do several layers - until we use all the products.
The top layer should be vegetable. Cover and put on fire. In case of high fire, let & quot; shake & quot; 4-5 minutes.
Then we make the fire small and extinguish with the lid closed for 1h. 30 minutes. We mix periodically.
In an hour and a half, a juicy and fragrant duck in its own juice is ready.
