How do you make fish in the oven with mayonnaise onions, cheese and carrots? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take onions and carrots of a small size. This will be enough to make fish a small casserole pad. Any white fish can be used for baking. I have a walleye. You can use fish fillet or take pieces of fish with bones. Frozen fish must be pulled out of the freezer in advance and allowed to defrost.
Cut the fish into portions and wet excess moisture from it.
Mix the mayonnaise with the spices for the fish. You can add a little garlic for the flavor. If mayonnaise is not very salty, then add salt. Coat the prepared fish with the resulting mayonnaise sauce.
Peel and rinse the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onions. For baking, take any heat-resistant form. Brush the bottom and sides of the form with a little vegetable oil. Spread onions and carrots over the entire surface of the mold in a uniform layer.
Top with the mayonnaise fish. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on top of the fish. Place the fish tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Fish cook very quickly. Juice will appear from it. Sprinkle some grated cheese over the fish and leave in the oven for a further 5-7 minutes.
Baked mayonnaise fish is ready! Remove the tin from the oven, arrange the fish on plates and serve to the table. Supplement with a side dish of rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
