Badger meat in a slow cooker

Badger meat in a slow cooker... 3 servings
1 hour 50 min

Cut the meat pre-washed and thoroughly peeled from fat into large pieces, carrots - in bars, onions - in half rings. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and lay out the prepared ingredients. We choose the "Frying" mode and, stirring, cook for about 15 minutes. Add paprika, black pepper, salt, bay leaf, tomato paste, mix. Cut prunes in half and add to the rest of the ingredients as well. Fill everything with broth, simmer for 60 minutes, changing the slow cooker mode to the "Extinguishing" program. Fry the flour until golden and 15 minutes before the dish is ready, put into the broth, stirring thoroughly. At this stage, we add chopped garlic. Serve the stew with hot prunes, supplemented with a side dish of potatoes, cereals or just a salad of fresh vegetables. Eat on health!
