Carp - 1.5 kg, Mayonnaise - 50 g, Mushrooms - 100 g, Onions - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Lemon juice - 1 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste
Carp needs to be cleaned, gills, fins should be cut out, and the head and tail should be left. Cut the carcass from above into portions.
Combine all the seasonings with salt together.
Grate the fish with salt and seasoning. Pour over the lemon juice.
Fry the onions with the mushrooms and carrots in vegetable oil and salt a little.
Grease carp with sour cream or mayonnaise
Fill with vegetables with mushrooms.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 200 °.
