How to make mushrooms with vegetables in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I will use champignons to make. But they can be replaced with wild mushrooms. The proportions and amount of vegetables can be slightly changed to your taste. Sour cream can be taken of any fat content. Peel the potatoes in advance.
Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onions. Carrots can be grated or cut into circles or bars.
Pour the vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the onions with the carrots for a couple of minutes.
Rinse champignons from dirt and cut into slices. Put them in the pan and fry with the carrots and onions for a further 3-5 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and also send to the pan. Pour some hot water. Add salt and spices to taste. Simmer everything under the lid for 15 minutes.
Then add the chopped bell peppers to the pan.
After 10 minutes, add the courgettes, cut into half rings or quarters. Let the courgettes walk within 10-15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add the chopped tomatoes and herbs.
Add some sour cream. If you like to have more gravy, then you can add more water. Warm everything together for another 5-7 minutes and remove from the heat.
