How to put out a juicy pink salmon in mayonnaise with onions and carrots in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Usually pink salmon is sold frozen, so you need to get it out of the freezer in advance and leave it at room temperature for several hours so that it thaws.
Peel and slice the fish into portions. In addition to pink salmon, you can use other red fish or replace it with white, boneless.
Heat the pan to hot and pour vegetable oil on it. Let it warm up. Lay out the fish pieces and fry on both sides over high heat until golden brown. Then place the pink salmon on a plate.
Peel, rinse and grind the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onions, and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
In the same pan, fry the onions with the carrots for 3-5 minutes. Vegetables should get softer.
Spread the fried onions with carrots in an even layer over the bottom of the pan and place the fried fish pieces on top.
In a separate glass, mix the mayonnaise with the water and fill the fish with this sauce. Break the bay leaf into pieces and arrange on top. Add salt and spices to taste. When adding salt, consider that mayonnaise also contains salt. I take spices ready for fish. Bring everything to a boil and simmer over a low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Juicy and delicious pink salmon is ready! It is pleasantly soaked in the aroma of vegetables. You can supplement such a fish with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
