Pink salmon under a fur coat in the oven
6 servings40 min
Pink salmon - 700 g, Onions - 150 g, Carrots - 150 g, Mayonnaise - 150 g, Sour cream - 150 g, Hard cheese - 100 g, Table salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
Here are all the necessary ingredients that will be required for our dish. The main thing here is of course pink salmon - it should be of course fresh, pleasant color, dense, without yellow traces on the skin
First of all, we will deal with our fish - I carefully wash it under running water, sprinkle it with paper towels, make a longitudinal incision along the ridge and carefully separate the fillet from the bones. Then we separate the flesh from the skin and fins. We also carefully remove the remaining rib bones - they are for nothing
Cut the fillet into portions about 3-4 cm thick.
Now let's deal with vegetables. Clean the onion, mine under running water and cut into thin half rings
Carrots are also peeling, mine and three on a coarse grater. Onions with carrots combine perfectly with fish and complement it perfectly
We put the prepared pink salmon into a baking tin - I have a ceramic shape, I do not lubricate it additionally, perhaps your shape should be additionally lubricated with vegetable oil so that the bottom does not stick
A little salt
Pepper. Usually I use freshly ground black pepper, it is many times more aromatic. White peppers or a mixture of ground peppers or a special spice mixture for fish are also perfect here.
Water with juice of half a lemon
Put chopped half rings of onions on top
Then grate the carrots
We mix sour cream with mayonnaise and grease our fur coat. I like sour cream with mayonnaise in a couple, but you can use one thing depending on your taste preferences - it will also be very tasty
Hard cheese to three on the grater and sprinkle it over the top. Any kind of hard cheese that is available will suit us. I really love baked ruddy cheese crust, so I put cheese right away, if on the contrary you like cheese tender and stretching, sprinkle it with a dish 10 minutes before the end of baking - sometimes I do it anyway
Bake a fish under a fur coat in an oven preheated to 180 degrees at about 30 minutes - the fish is cooked very quickly, we need our vegetables to rest
Enjoy your meal!
