Perhaps the most unusual culinary recipe for a drink like kvass is banana kvass. I do it not very often, but it always goes "with a bang" during children's holidays for a wide variety of food. Now I will share with you a way to prepare it. So, we start by taking 2-3 kilograms of very soft, overripe bananas, peeling them, cutting them into small pieces. Now we heat 5 liters of water, then remove it from the fire and dissolve 20-30 grams of yeast in water. After that, we pour our prepared bananas into yeast water, cover the container and remove them into a warm, dark place for one knock. After this time, open the container, remove the foam from the surface of the kvass, carefully pump the liquid into clean bottles or cans, if desired. It is better to repeat the straining procedure a couple of times. After that, we block our containers well so that the drink does not disappear, and remove it to a cold place for about 1-2 days.
