Chicken in creamy sauce in a slow cooker
4 servings1 hour
Chicken - 1 pc., Onions - 2 pcs., Fatty cream - 200 ml, Water - 350 ml, Wheat flour - 1 tbsp., Garlic - 2 teeth., Vegetable oil - 20 grams, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to make chicken in creamy sauce in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any part of the chicken - it can be pieces with bones or just chicken fillet. Take the fattest cream. I have 33% cream.
Chop the chicken into large pieces.
Turn on the multicooker for the & quot; frying & quot; mode and preheat the bowl to a hot state. Peel the onion from the husks, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or a little smaller. Pour some vegetable oil into the bowl and place the chopped onions. Fry it for 3-5 minutes to make it clearer and softer.
Then put the prepared chicken pieces in the bowl, stir and fry everything together for 3-4 minutes so that the raw meat is not visible on the chicken.
Then pour some hot water (about 200ml) into the bowl. Add salt and spices to your taste. As a spice, I use ground peppers and some paprika. Switch the slow cooker to the & quot; baking & quot; mode or & quot; baking & quot; for 30 minutes and close the cover. Leave the chicken to cook.
In a separate glass, mix 150ml of water with flour. Pour in the cream. Peel a couple of garlic cloves.
10 minutes before the cooking time ends, open the lid, pour in the creamy sauce and add the crushed garlic. Stir and leave to prepare.
After the specified time, the slow cooker will emit an audible signal informing that the chicken is ready. Gently open the lid, arrange the chicken in the creamy sauce on plates and serve to the table. Supplement the chicken with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
