It is better to take chilled wings, like any other meat. Rinse them and dry them well.
Cut the wing into three parts along the joint. This will be more convenient to eat.
We are preparing KLYAR. Mix 2. 5 tbsp in the pialka. starch, 1 tsp paprika, 1 part salt, 0. 5 tsp a mixture of peppers, and quite a little chili pepper - mix everything well. In a deep bowl or in a bag, fill the wings with dry batter, close and shake evenly spreading over the wings.
