How to make rice with chicken in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For baking, you can use any parts of the chicken either with bones or just chicken fillet. I take a whole chicken and just put it in pieces. Rice choose steamed long-grain. Such rice is more slowly boiled, so there is less chance of turning it into porridge. It should turn out to be crumbly.
Peel, rinse and chop the carrots and add to the chicken with the rice. Pass the garlic through the press immediately into the mold. Add a little salt and spice to taste. Cover the tin with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil, and brush the pieces of chicken with vegetable oil so that they brown. Leave in the oven without foil for another 20-30 minutes. During this time, the chicken will brown outside.
