2 servings2 hours
Chicken legs - 800 gr, Honey - 1 tea liter, Soy sauce - 3 tbsp, Mustard - 2 tbsp, Vegetable oil - 20 gr, Lemons - 0.5 pcs, Paprika - 0.5 kgl, Garlic - 3 teeth, Salt - to taste
How to make chicken legs in soy sauce with garlic honey and mustard? Prepare everything you need for this. Rinse the chicken shins in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Take liquid honey. If it is candied, then it can be melted in a microwave.
Take a comfortable deep bowl. Peel the garlic and pass through the press. Here, squeeze the juice of half the lemon and add a spoon of liquid honey.
Next, pour soy sauce and vegetable oil into the bowl. Add the mustard. Add paprika and some salt. Consider that soy sauce itself is already salty. Mix all the ingredients together.
Stir the chicken shins with the resulting marinade. Leave the shins to stand to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
For baking, you can use any heat-resistant form - glass, ceramic or metal. I will cook in ceramic. Place the prepared chicken shins in the tin and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. When baking, navigate your oven.
Ready-made shins will become a mouth-watering golden color. The presence of honey in the marinade gives the chicken a caramel hue. A sufficient amount of sauce is formed in the form, which can be poured over the legs during the baking process. Remove the baked legs from the oven, transfer to plates and serve to the table!
If desired, you can supplement with a side dish or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
