Soy-honey sauce is widely used to bake any meat, including chicken. This sauce is very popular in the cuisine of the peoples of Asia. If a frozen product is used to prepare chicken legs in soy-honey sauce, then it must be thawed in advance at room temperature. My shins, we dry well. We make soy-honey sauce.
