How to bake juicy chicken breasts in a mayonnaise oven? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. For this dish, you can take chicken fillet without skin and bones, or use whole chicken breasts with skin. They can be left intact or cut in half. But keep in mind that the weight of breasts with bone will be more than just fillet, so calculate the number of servings not by the weight of the chicken, but by the number of breasts (1 half - 1 serving).
In the mayonnaise, add the chicken spices, curry, ground black pepper, salt and crushed garlic. Mix everything well. When using the finished chicken spice mix, be sure to read the formulation on the packaging. Often, salt and pepper are already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk salting and pepper the dish.
Place the mayonnaise chicken in a vegetable oil-greased baking dish. Coat the remaining sauce in the bowl on top. Place a cut head of garlic side by side. Place the chicken breasts in the oven warmed to 180 ° C and bake for 40-45 minutes. If you have meat with bone, then it may take a little longer. Focus on your oven in time. If the meat begins to burn, but is not yet ready, cover the form with foil.
