How to make chicken shins in creamy mustard sauce? Prepare everything you need for this. So that the meat is not dry, take the shins. which were not frozen. Wash the chicken shins and dry with a paper towel.
Fold the chicken shins into a spacious bowl. Sprinkle salt and spices over them. Pour over some vegetable oil. Stir them with your hands, thoroughly rubbing the spices into the meat. Leave the shins that way for 15-20 minutes so that they are a little minced.
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the shins over high heat on all sides to brown a little.
Place the roasted shins in a baking dish. It can be glass, ceramic or metal. I'm more comfortable cooking in ceramic.
Pour the resulting hot sauce into the lower legs immediately in the form. Place the tin in the oven, warmed to 200 degrees, for 30-35 minutes. Navigate your oven.
During baking, you can pour the chicken 2-3 times with the sauce in which it is cooked. Ready-made chicken shins will become a mouth-watering golden color. If you pierce the leg with a knife, light juice should appear from it - broth. If the juice is pink, then it is not ready yet!
Transfer the finished chicken shins to a plate and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
