Chicken legs - 1 kg, Olive oil - 3 tbsp, Lemon juice - 2 tbsp, Lemon zest - 1 tbsp, Nutmeg - 0.33 tsp, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Fresh rosemary - 10 grams, Onions - 0.5 pcs.
How to make chicken shins with lemon butter and rosemary? Prepare the necessary products. Olive oil can be replaced with any vegetable oil.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, ground nutmeg, salt and black ground pepper. Mix everything well.
Wash the chicken shins, dry well. Place the shins in a suitable bowl. Add lemon oil to the legs. Mix well, massage the chicken so that the oil is distributed evenly.
