Chicken fillet - 450 grams, Tomatoes - 7 pcs., Bell pepper - 2 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Garlic - 2 teeth., Hard cheese - 100 grams., Canned corn - 1 gram., Cumin - 1 tea., Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Greens - to taste
Heat the pan, pour sunflower oil into it and fry about 10 minutes finely chopped bell peppers and onions.
Next, add the crushed garlic and fry for about 2 more minutes.
Separately, we fire chicken fillet finely diced to a state of semi-readiness.
Then we add to it our roasting of pepper, onion and garlic, as well as corn, salt, cumin, ground pepper. Stir and burn for another 5 minutes on low heat.
At the tomato, cut the top and take out the flesh.
We fill tomatoes with filling. On top of the filling, tightly lay grated cheese. You can also sprinkle the cheese on top lightly with ground pepper.
Warm the oven to 170-180 degrees. Bake the tomatoes for 10 minutes. The finished dish can be decorated with herbs.
