Chicken in tartlets in the oven

How to bake chicken in tartlets in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Cherry can be replaced with a regular medium tomato. I used homemade tartlets.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry. Cut the fillet into small cubes.
In a pan of suitable diameter, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the chicken pieces over a moderately high heat, stirring occasionally. Salt the chicken, add spices to taste, mix. Cook the chicken until a light, ruddy crust forms. Remove the finished fillet from the slab.
Wash bell peppers and tomatoes, dry. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Remove the olives from the jar, cut into circles. Olives can also be used.
Wash the greens, dry, finely cut. Take the amount of greens to taste.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or fine grater.
Combine pieces of chicken with mayonnaise, mix.
You can make tartlets with two types of fillings. Divide the fried chicken pieces into 2 pieces. Add the crushed dill to one, mix.
Combine the other half of the chicken with bell peppers and parsley. Stir.
Fill some of the tartlets with the first dill filling. Arrange the cherry pieces and olive circles on top.
Put the filling with bell pepper in other tartlets.
Sprinkle the tartlets on top with the grated cheese.
Place the tartlets in the oven preheated to 180 C for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. The cooking time will depend on the peculiarities of the oven.
You can serve chicken in tartlets both warm and cooled. Enjoy your meal!
