How to bake chicken in sour cream sauce in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any parts of the chicken can be used. I'll be cooking chicken thighs. Onions can be either red (like mine) or ordinary bulb. Any mushrooms are suitable - it will still be delicious in its own way. You can take champignons or wild mushrooms. I use wild mushrooms that are pre-boiled in boiling water for 25 minutes. Take 15-20% fat content of sour cream.
For baking, take any heat-resistant shape. It can be metal, ceramic or glass. Brush the bottom and walls of the form with a little vegetable oil and lay out the chicken thighs. Spread the prepared mushrooms and onions, previously peeled and cut into half rings, on top. If you use champignons, then they must be washed, cleaned and cut into 2-3 parts.
