First, let's prepare a marinade. We will do it like this: squeeze garlic, add vegetable oil, basil, black ground pepper, paprika and salt to it. Mix well. My chicken, wet with a towel and coat with marinade from all sides. We clean the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for three hours. When the time is right, get the chicken out of the fridge. Brush the roasting tin with vegetable oil, put the chicken in it. Preheat the oven, bake the chicken at 180 degrees for an hour and a half until a beautiful golden crust forms. Before serving, decorate the finished dish by cutting half of the lemon into four parts or just circles. Enjoy your meal!
