With the breast, the dish will become less caloric. Better if it's chilled rather than frozen chicken. Champignons can be replaced with other mushrooms. Any cheese is suitable: both hard varieties and softer ones, for example, mozzarella. The main thing is that it is of good quality, without milk fat substitutes.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater and sprinkle the dish over the top. Bake the chicken in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. The top of the dish can be covered with foil so that the cheese does not burn, but make sure that the foil does not fit strongly with the cheese: during the cooking process, it melts and the foil can stick to it. At the end, remove the foil so that the dish is covered with a golden crust.
