Chicken with tangerines in the oven

Chicken legs - 12 pcs., Tangerines - 6 pcs., Olive oil - 4 tbsp., Ginger - to taste, Garlic - 5 teeth., Soy sauce - 2 tbsp., Cognac - 2 tbsp., Paprika - to taste, Black ground pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
We prepare products. My tangerines, ginger root, garlic (and garlic, unfortunately, I forgot to fork: (). Carefully my chicken hips (pulkas or other parts of chicken).
With the help of a sharp knife, we separate the bone from the meat, remove the tendons. For a festive feast, it is much more convenient to use boneless meat. You can even remove the skin. (By the way, bones can be used when cooking broth).
Put all pieces of boneless meat into a bowl or other container - chicken fillet, salt and leave for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, we peel tangerines, divide them into wedges.
We peel garlic cloves and ginger root, very finely chop (ginger can be rubbed on a fine grater).
And we cook marinade: combine ginger with crushed garlic and soy sauce, add cognac, paprika and pepper to taste.
Then fry the chicken fillet in a pan in olive oil on both sides until golden.
Pour the toasted shins with the resulting marinade and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then put the chicken fillet along with the tangerines into the baking tin and pour it into the remaining, not absorbed marinade. We set for 15-20 minutes to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
